The Details
The Tie-Up Textiles rust-dyed series is a signature part of our collection. The patterns shown are the result of the orange and gold tones found within corrosion, transferred onto the face of the fabric. When iron and steel objects come into direct contact with the fibers, they leave behind vivid and detailed, permanent impressions. The rust process begins by presoaking the cloth in our proprietary solution. The textile is then wrapped around the metal object and added to a tightly sealed container. After several hours, oxidation and moisture cure the color and impressions within the fibers.
Shipping + Returns
Some products within our shop are readily available, but most are made to order. For orders received that include multiple items of varying turnaround times, the longest timing will be applied, and all items will ship together. Orders are shipped ground via UPS or USPS. Refunds or exchanges for *MOST items are honored for 14 days. Item(s) must be in their original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
